We want to do everything we can to make sure that you're perfectly delighted with every product you purchase, every person you speak with, and every experience you have with us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your package in its original, unused, and uncut condition within 30 days from the delivery date for a store refund in a gift card. Return shipping cost will be at the expense of the buyer, and we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information. Certain products are non-returnable and are noted accordingly on the product pages. When your order arrives, please look at your item(s) to verify you've received them complete and undamaged. Kit and Block of the Month fabric pieces are folded in and nested within each other - please unfold the fabric and pull each piece apart to make sure you have everything listed on the pattern/package. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, please contact our customer service department within 30 days from the delivery date at email@example.com so we can help. We believe that ordering fabric and quilting supplies should be just as much fun as quilting itself. If we ever fall short of our goal, please tell us. We value your friendship and trust above all.
Even though most of our products are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Just email customer service and you’ll get a return label to send it back. An identical (when available) replacement item will be sent to you at no additional cost. Sometimes, especially with fabric, an item may no longer be available, in which case we will do our best to replace it with a similar item.

Once we receive items back, a store credit will be applied to your Make a Good Day Cash account balance. For orders paid by check, money order, or gift certificate, all refunds will be in the form of a store credit applied to your Cash account balance.
